I asked mouser per e-mail, but didn't get an answer.

I order one thingy 91 to test, what I will get.

It's still B0A, manufacturer date 2020.23 Thingy version 1.4

That is really disappointing!

The firmware for the old and even currently delivered thingy 91 is discontinued.

And there seems to be no way to ensure to order an new one with the new nRF9160 revision.

Then it is disappointing, that the development of the modem firmware for hw revision 1 is already discontinued.

Hi,

Kindly check with the distributers which version of the Thingy:91 s being shipped. The newer version is slowly replacing the older ones. Also, if you already have your Thingy:91, you can find the version on the cover (the package) of the Kit or on the board.
