&lt;p&gt;I disabled mass storage by giving command MSDDisable in JLINKExe it gave me output as probe configurede successfully&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i have tried serial dfu with the above link you&amp;#39;ve sent but it shows like this&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The tutorial you liked to demonstrates the serial recovery DFU. The feature is intended to work even if (for some reason) the application is not functioning properly. In other cases, you typically let the application handle the transport by including&amp;nbsp;MCUMGR support in the application. This can be used with serial, Bluetooth, or other transports (and you do not need any button press to enter DFU mode).&amp;nbsp;You can see the details in &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/guides/nrf-connect-sdk-guides/b/software/posts/ncs-dfu"&gt;Add DFU support to your application&lt;/a&gt;. Is this what you are looking for?&lt;/p&gt;
