I would suggest to get a <a href="https://www.segger.com/products/debug-probes/j-link/">SEGGER J-Link</a> for programming/development, or one of our <a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Bluetooth-Low-Energy/Development-hardware">nRF-DKs</a> which includes a J-Link that can program and debug external devices.
