 We&amp;#39;re now working with the nrf52840 DK board, and we want to use two i2c at the same time, but I&amp;#39;m having trouble with one i2c working properly, which means twi1 aren&amp;#39;t working.

&lt;p&gt;I notice you are assigning SCL to pin 10 twi_extender_config1. As shown by the silkscreen on the backside of the DK, this pin is not connected to the pin header by default, but instead connected to the NFC antenna.
