Try to read the peripheral directly from the Network Core.

Which peripherals do you want to get data from?

EDIT:

From ourdocumentation on nRF5340 peripherals:
"The application core peripherals are accessible from the network core, but the network core peripherals are not accessible from the application core. For further details, see Memory."

Do you have to read the peripheral from the Application core?
If not, I recommend that you read the peripheral directly from the Network Core.
