 I am using ADA4333 
 there pin 6 is used for Gate control but 
 in CLI pin 6 is used as uart tx 
 and it is hard-coded how i need to change it

&lt;p&gt;You can assign new UART pin settings for your board similar to&amp;nbsp;nRF5_SDK_for_Thread_and_Zigbee_v4.1.0_32ce5f8\components\boards\pca10040.h.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is not a good idea to build &lt;span&gt;the latest OpenThread libraries for Thread and Zigbee v4.1.0 at 2022 now, you may struggle with compatibility issues. Python39 is also too advanced for this tutorial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Stay with pre-built Thread stack libraries for testing and verification.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;If you really want to use the latest&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;OpenThread libraries. Please turn to NCS1.8.0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
