 When I build CLI sample in nRF_Connect_SDK, I don&amp;#39;t get any USB port for CLI. 
 I believe the sample is in default mode built for UART.

Can you try flashing the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.8.0/zephyr/samples/basic/blinky/README.html#blinky-sample"&gt;Blinky&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sample and see if the LED starts to blink as expected?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;One option is to set it in CMakeLists.txt by adding the following lines before find_package:&lt;/p&gt;
