In order to program it, you need to use USB DFU. I recommend you use the <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_nc_programmer/UG/nrf_connect_programmer/ncp_introduction.html">nRF Connect Programmer</a> for programing the dongle, as it will handle that for you.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
