Our policy is that nRFConnect for Desktop is to support the last stable version of the OS, so it seems like the issue is that v3.10.0 is not supported on your MacOS version.

I'm having this same problem using macOS Mojave 10.14.6. I am able to use v3.9.0 but not v3.10.0. I haven't tried all versions in between.

Any resolution yet?

Okay, thank you for confirming. I see that you also have a case with my colleague Marte, which has worked on a similar issue already, and she is in dialogue with one of our developers regarding your log. She will get back to you with any updates in that case.

I installed both J-Link drivers and nRFConnect command line tools and still got stuck at splash screen.

Can you try updating your J-Link drivers and nRFConnect command line tools to the latest versions available? By "splash screen" do you mean just a white screen, or do you see an error message at all?
