Can you take a picture of the full board, frontside and backside?

Also, which header did you connect the 5V supply?

Hi, there is nothing beneath the screws... so no damage to any components.

Are you sure the big screw you have added next to the power switch hasn't damaged any of the components in that area?

I have tried on another PC. As well, the On-Off is proper.

Sometimes the power switch can be a bit unstable, maybe check if it's properly connected. Have you tried a different USB port or different PC?

I checke the voltage at DP and DM pins of USB connector placed on Debugger Side. There is zero volt at these pins. There is an le on left side of debugger chip, that led blinks a few times just on power on. The on board leds of nRF5340 glow as per already programmed program. The only debugger seems to stuck. Duing testing, I applied power through USB (Debugger Side) and 5 Volt External Supply at a time. It seems due to external supply some issue occured.

Does any LED's lit on? Can you share a picture of your board in case any of the switches have changed position.
