Since you are already working on an older version, it should work. Could you try upgrading to v7.58? I am using power profiler v3.3.0 with JLink v7.58 and has issue with detecting the PPK2.

I know you have to ask..., but yes, it is connected to the data/power USB! Remember it shows up in Device Manager as okay.

Which version of JLink should I try? Which version of the nRF Connect should I get to have the recommended older JLink version?

Hi Joe,

Is the ppk2 connected via the usb port named USB DATA/POWER.? What version of the JLink are you using? Downgrading the JLink version to an older one could help. Please try and do let me know.
