&lt;p&gt;The devices are pin-compatible. As you noted the difference is the lack of GPS in the SIAA package. Otherwise, it is electrically and RF identical.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you don&amp;#39;t need GPS then the nRF9160-SIAA-B1 would operate without issues on a board designed for the nRF9160-SICA-B1 as long GPS was not needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
