We are using the nRF52810 chip with a custom PCB.
The SDK we are using is v.17.1.0.
According to the hardware of the custom PCB

RE: Power On/Off functionality

Thank you, I will look into it!

RE: Power On/Off functionality

You should find various threads discussing "how to enter system off mode from a button press devzone" by googling, for instance: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/77810/use-1-button-to-exit-enter-system-off-mode

I understand,

Is there an example for the nRF52810 chip where I can see the code on how to trigger such power OFF mode. I am quite new to this and I need some help.

Very appreciated

RE: Power On/Off functionality

We typically only provide guidelines for schematic and layout that directly ensure correct operation of the chip, such as regulators, decoupling and matching network for the radio. I think your request is more application specific. I am not sure what you mean by power OFF, but any pin of the nRF52 can for instance be used to trigger an interrupt internally and put the chip into low power mode, such as system OFF mode, where it will consume for instance 0.3uA and only have wakeup on button press. Your suggested circuitry (SW1) should be able to do so, for instance go to sleep and wakeup.
