Googling Google IoT Core MQTT gave me this page on MQTT bridge to communicate with Cloud IoT Core. The Simple MQTT sample supports TLS to enable secure MQTT connection using the TLS overlay configuration file for found in nrf\samples\nrf9160\mqtt_simple\overlay-tls.conf. Please see the Zephyr MQTT chapter and its sample the MQTT Publiser (samples/net/mqtt_publisher).

Yes! That is what I am looking for regarding Bridging nRF Cloud to GCP, but is it fully supported? On the guide it recommends that AWS is to be used.

Have you tried using our nRF9160: Simple MQTT sample, or are you talking about bridging the nRF Cloud to Google Cloud Platform?
