&lt;p&gt;The fast blinking of the LED in red is not normally observed. It might be because the firmware that was flashed is not correct. Following the steps mentioned in the ticket that I shared previously should have helped Could you try upgrading your JLink version to v7.60g (the latest version) with the latest nRF connect for desktop and try once more.?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

The firmware updates starts successfully&amp;nbsp;both on Windows and Mac, the led start flashing rapidly during the update but then device goes back to fast blinking red and never turns green.
