Hi Vladimir,

The fast blinking of the LED in red is not normally observed. It might be because the firmware that was flashed is not correct. Following the steps mentioned in the ticket that I shared previously should have helped Could you try upgrading your JLink version to v7.60g (the latest version) with the latest nRF connect for desktop and try once more.?

Swathy, this was first thing I've tried. The firmware updates starts successfully both on Windows and Mac, the led start flashing rapidly during the update but then device goes back to fast blinking red and never turns green. After the firmware update the software reports different problems depending on the version but Windows reports: "Error while setting up device FD8ECA4121AB: Error: Timeout while waiting for device FD8ECA4121AB to be attached and enumerated".

I have old Mac where I use 3.1.3 version with 3.7 version of nRFConnect and I have Windows where I use the latest version. I've tried to update firmware on both with same results. The nRF Connect states the error and device does not light up green.

Hi,

Which is the version of the nRF Connect for Desktop and the power profiler version.? Did you download the recently updated versions.? Also, please let me know the version of JLink that you are using.
