There are also several general purpose Bluetooth Low Energy programs that can use to explore the BLE "database". I use an iOS app called LightBlue. If you go to the Android app store and search for Bluetooth Low Energy Scanner you will find several free scanner apps. I often use the scanner app for debugging and as a proxy during initial testing (i.e., until an actual app is ready). (By the way, if anyone else develops using Android devices, which scanner app do you think is best on Android?)

RE: moblie phone can not fine the nrf device without app?

Hi,

To see the advertising board you will most likely need some application like Master Control Panel for android, or Light Blue like Bill suggested.

The reason that you will not see the advertising kit in your phone is that you phone most likely filters by service, that means that until you have implemented a BLE service, it will not be visible to your phone. For me using Nexus 5 the kit is visible, connectable and bondable through the phone settings after I have implemented the device manager in my project.

Best regards,
