I found the problem. Somehow the J-Link was not using the correct driver so I went into device manager and uninstalled the device and the drivers. After reconnecting it, the correct drivers were installed and it is working now.

Yes, we are working to fix that. You could try downgrading to v3.7 of the nRF Connect for Desktop as that post indicated.

I also found this issue https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/84153/unsupported-device-the-detected-device-could-not-be-recognized-as-neither-jlink-device-nor-nordic-usb-device which looks like it could be similar.

Hi Amanda,

That is the version I was using. I tried running the repair on it and I also installed the x86 32 bit version and I am seeing the same results.

Running nrfjprog -i also produces no output with either version.
