Somehow the J-Link was not using the correct driver so I went into device manager and uninstalled the device and the drivers. &lt;p&gt;That is the version I was using. I tried running the repair on it and I also installed the x86 32 bit version and I am seeing the same results.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Running nrfjprog -i also produces no output with either version.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
