Would you mind expanding on this? Do you not know who wrote the code, or don't you know if it is based on anything?

I am using 16.0 of nRF5 SDK. Also, softdevice uses s132_nrf52_7.0.1.
I don't know which example it was based on because there is no original developer.

That is odd. I haven't seen this error before, but I believe I can help you find the cause and the solution to the problem.

Are you using nRF Connect SDK or nRF5 SDK? And is this code for a peripheral device you are developing based on any tutorial or example in particular?
