When, progrsmis run for testing on nRF5340DK using SES, the CPU resets automaticaly. The RAM does not respond timely is shown , please see the attached images. Can you try recovering the device using nrfjprog? It can be downloaded <a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nrf-command-line-tools/download#infotabs">from here</a>. You can recover using <strong>nrfjprog --recover</strong>&nbsp;from the command line if the nRF53 DK is the only connected J-Link device.</p> <p>If that fails, you can add a --log to generate a log file, which you then can attach to this thread.</p> <p>Best regards,</p> <p>Simon</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
