When, progrsmis run for testing on nRF5340DK using SES, the CPU resets automaticaly. The RAM does not respond timely is shown , please see the attached images.

&lt;p&gt;Usually, this error code is due to a too fast SWD frequency, or a bad connection. Can you try recovering the device using nrfjprog? It can be downloaded &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nrf-command-line-tools/download#infotabs"&gt;from here&lt;/a&gt;. You can recover using &lt;strong&gt;nrfjprog --recover&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;from the command line if the nRF53 DK is the only connected J-Link device.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If that fails, you can add a --log to generate a log file, which you then can attach to this thread.&lt;/p&gt;
