My group also has a working implementation of Eddystone URLs with SDK v9 on the nRF51822. It shows up in the Google Physical Web app.

I have a working implementation using version 9.0.0 of the nRF51 SDK (compiling with gcc and for the nRF51-DK board) at github. You can find it here:

Like Hung Bui mentioned the "nRF Master Control Panel for Android" does recognise the UID, URL and TLM frame. It was a great help for validating the beacon.

As mentioned, the code is provided as is, but could be a starting point. I'm going to order a nRF52 kit and see if I find some time to port it the the new chip.

Hi Adam,

We currently don't have any Eddystone example code on the nRF51 yet. However, we do have support of testing and verification for Eddystone beacon on our nRF Master Control Panel app on Android (latest version).

I believe we going to have some examples for it in our future release of the nRF Beacon SDK. For further information please contact our RSM of your area. If you don't have the contact yet, please send me a PM and let me know your location.
