see the pictures above. Load File is the s140 hex at 0x0. I tried also without the softdevice and flash it manually to the device.

Hi,

Seem the issue might be in the external gcc or Segger, so I would suggest to contact Segger https://www.segger.com/support/technical-support/ or the external gcc provider.

Please be aware that Nordic doesn't have any official support for C++ in SES (or C++ in any other compiler), so I'm afraid you have to figure this out yourself.
