Hi,

I finally tried a bunch of configurations and it seems I have half my port 0 GPIOs dead. The configuration files I used are fine.

Case Closed.

Further invastigation showed that PWMs works on pin P1.10, P1.11 and P1.12. Is that a typical behavior or are some of my GPIOs dead ?

Yes, it is built upon RGB_led example.

Also, have you tried following the Zephyr's RGB_LED sample (zephyr\samples\basic\rgb_led\) or Blinky_PWM (zephyr\samples\basic\blinky_pwm)?

DTS is fine, I have put multiple GPIO in the file and they work fine.

I use the nRF52840dk.
