 I have some problem with NRF52840. When I use software example &amp;quot;ram_retention&amp;quot; in peripheral directory on 2 diff&amp;#233;rents board I have 2 differents state of VBUS pin. 
 I have made &amp;quot;Erase chip&amp;quot; before programming the 2 boards.

&lt;p&gt;I think you have made a shortcut in the PCB when cutting traces. The VBUS is a pure input, and there is no leakage current/voltage out of VBUS pin.&lt;/p&gt;
