These downloads don't seem up to date. The latest one is 8.63.1 but there seems to be a version called 8.70.0, as evidenced by the nrfx changelog on github. I would like to download 8.70.0 with the 5-clause Nordic license.

Under downloads tab, when I choose SES 3-clause BSD License, I get the following link:

Hello Sigurd,

Does the .ses option have a .zip file - I don't see it - appears only GCC and IAR do?

Or maybe this link isn't working either?

The links you point to does not work. I have reported this to our web developers, and it will hopefully be fixed soon.

However, the links under Getting Started are for guides.
You should still be able to download the MDK from the Downloads tab: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-MDK/Download?lang=en#infotabs.
Just click the link with the ".zip" ending, and the download should start.
