&lt;p&gt;There shouldn&amp;#39;t be any big problems changing from the QFN to WLCSP package apart from the &amp;quot;physical&amp;quot; differences. The two things I notice you don&amp;#39;t mention yourself that is worth noting is that the WLCSP package variants are light sensitive, &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fps_nrf52833%2Frecommended_op_conditions.html&amp;amp;anchor=concept_hcx_drw_kbb"&gt;described closer here&lt;/a&gt;. And that we have a specific application note on WLCSP handling guidelines available &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nan_38.pdf?cp=16_2"&gt;here that is worth reading.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
