I managed running the basic example using -W argument
./scripts/twister -T samples/subsys/testsuite/integration -W

now I wish to run a basic test on my board which has a nrf52840 using jlink

Is there an example of running a unit test on the nrf52840 so I could understand which command line arguments I should give twister and which files to modify in the test sources?

The Twister script is made by the Zephyr community and not by Nordic Semiconductor.
