What do you mean by "maximum"? As you can see on blog zone nRF52 chips can go much higher, however with stack settings as you present it (120 bytes per 10ms) it indeed is maximum of 12KBps (96Kbps), with packet loss/retransmission probably less in practice.

Im using nrf52840 Dk as central and nrf52840 Dk as peripheral. connection interval = 10ms s140 soft device Is it 6* 20 bytes * 1/0.010 = 12kpbs the max throughput ?

Right now your options are limited, but please remember the S132 is an alpha release, the production release will be different. Then options may be revealed. I strongly suggest you ask the RMS for your area about this. You can include a reference to this question if you like.

Thanks for the answer Petter. you are correct - we're migrating from S110 and want to have the same throughput - what are our options? Are there plans for S110 based SoftDevice for nRF52?

I'm assuming you are migrating from S110?

The throughput is the same as with the S130 SoftDevice for nRF51, see this. This is because it can be a peripheral and a central.
