&lt;p&gt;&lt;span lang="en-GB"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="en-GB"&gt;t seems like the modem is not able to find a network cell which it can connect to. Does the modem find any available network at all? You can check this by using &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ref_at_commands/REF/at_commands/nw_service/cops_test.html"&gt;+COPS&lt;/a&gt;/&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ref_at_commands/REF/at_commands/nw_service/cops_nordic_test.html"&gt;%COPS&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span lang="en-GB"&gt;Are you facing this behaviour in NCS v1.9.0 only? Or does the modem operate as expected with earlier versions?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
