The sample you linked does not have CONFIG_CHIP_LIB_SHELL=y Kconfig option in the prj.conf file by default. Did you add it before building the sample, as described in the section I linked?

Yes. i use https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/tree/master/examples/lock-app/nrfconnect examles with nrf5340.

west build -b nrf5340dk_nrf5340_cpuapp

Then I plugged it into the ubuntu host and run the command ‘minicom -D /dev/ttyACM1 -b 115200'
