Were you able to test both the JLink mini on Windows and JLink pro on Mac?

Is this a nRF52833 DK or a custom board?

Have you been able to program the device with JLink mini on Mac previously, such as before an update to the tools or anything?

Can you run the command nrfjprog -f nrf52 --recover --log and upload the log here?

Hi Marte,

I couldn't try it out last week when I posted the question because I didn't have access to the Jlink mini but it seems like it's an issue with MAC.

I have no issue using the kit on Windows.

Hi,

Have you tried using the JLink mini on Windows or JLink pro on Mac? You say that you're able to program using JLink pro on Windows, but that doesn't narrow down whether the issue is with JLink mini or Mac, or both.

I can confirm that the device is running at 3.3V

Hi Huy,

Can you check the voltage of your device? The JLink mini only support 3,3V.
