Just wondering if this issue has been resolved so that we don't need to downgrade our VS CODE and re-enable the auto-update feature.

Yes, we are aware of the issue and are currently working on a solution. Current work-around is to downgrade 1.64 as mentioned by Mads.

So i figured out it has something to do with the VS Code februrary update 1.65. If i rollback to VS code version 1.64.2 it works again :)

I have the exact same problem. The flash button worked last friday...
