When it&#39;s done unplug/replug it.</p> <p>I would suggest then running &#39;jlink&#39; or &#39;jlinkexe&#39; from the command line after you&#39;ve done it as the firmware probably needs upgrade, it changes reasonably often.</p> <p>This is all in the user guide by the way</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
