When it&amp;#39;s done unplug/replug it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would suggest then running &amp;#39;jlink&amp;#39; or &amp;#39;jlinkexe&amp;#39; from the command line after you&amp;#39;ve done it as the firmware probably needs upgrade, it changes reasonably often.&lt;/p&gt;
