Hi Louis,

The zephyr version compatible with nRF Connect DK version 1.9.1 is zephyr v2.7.99.. The official documentation for the nRF Connect SDK and the corresponding Zephyr version can be found in the Developer page.

https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/blob/v1.9.1/west.yml#:~:text=revision%3A%20v2.7.99%2Dncs1%2D1 does not match the official zephyr repo (github.com/.../zephyr) version but one the maintained here : github.com/.../v2.7.99-ncs1-1

You can find the nRF revision of Zephyr used in the given version of nRF Connect SDK in the git repo.. The zephyr revision that matches nRF Connect SDK v1.9.0 can be found here: https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/blob/v1.9.1/west.yml#:~:text=revision%3A%20v2.7.99%2Dncs1%2D1

You can change the tag for each version of nRF Connet SDK to see the corresponding zephyr version..

Also, accessing the west.yaml in your folder shows the same info..

On a wider scope, how does the LTS notion applies to nRF Connect SDK? This post leads me to think that if there are LTS releases, they are not necessarily related to zephyr LTS releases and I couldn’t find any mention of LTS through the different nRF Connect SDK release notes.
On the other hand, this webinar (10:57) refer to LTS releases as if they applied to nRF Connect SDK and the 1.8 release notes refer to the 2.7 branch of zephyr as opposed to the other release notes who refer to specific or a range of tags.
