I did test the example but I wasn't able to reproduce. I might be missing something.

Did you manage to test this on the latest release to see if the issue persists?

Hi Joakim, the provided code within sample project should reproduce the issue.

How you tested it, as provisioner has to use ADV Bearer, so it will not happen using an app. You would need a node running BlueZ for example.

Sorry this was left unanswered.

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue, and the error does suggest that increasing the stack size should be the cause.

Do you have a minimal example that I can run on my end, where I can reproduce this?

Also, have you tried a later release to see if this issue is still present?

Hi Joakim, we tried to increase CONFIG_BT_MESH_ADV_STACK_SIZE to 2048, but this did not help.

Is there any feedback from software guys?

If the function that caused the stack overflow is called from main, increasing CONFIG_MAIN_STACK_SIZE could solve your issue.

If you the function is called from within another thread, you should increas the stack size of that thread.
