Thank you for your quick answer. It is a pure Segger related stuff. They answered my same question in that way:

"The reported behaviour is known and a fix will be available with the next release.

For now we recommend to use V5.70a instead if you need the CMSIS Config Wizard."

something close to what you report is here, not sure if that is relevant since, the information provided by you is very limited.

It looks to me that this is purely Segger related stuff. Have you tried asking this in their forums?

If you think it has something to do with our configuation or settings, then can you can you give more info on that?
