Turns out it was the SIM I was using. Using a different SIM SUPL worked just fine.

Øyvind, any thoughts on this? It's still not connecting and retrieving SUPL data:

[00:01:10.207,214] <err> app_gps: Failed to request A-GPS data, error: -1
[00:01:10.207,244] <err> app_main: Unable to download AGPS data. Err: -1

The only thing that could be conflicting with the SUPL client is the MQTT client. Playing with it more..

Edit: I'm also using the date_time functionality before using GPS. I have a feeling that's where the conflict lies..

No worries.

The SUPL client wasn't downloading for some reason. (I thought maybe updating the SUPL client would fix thus my other issues.)

I'll have to try again but the error was as indicated above. It otherwise was working great before this.

Hi Jared, sorry, I was more focused on the link and webpage last time that I forgot to ask if you were able to solve the initial issue. Could you elaborate on what is still borked, the SUPL web page or the connection with error 116?

No it didn't. Still borked.

I tried on Chrome though and it worked. So Safari appears to be broken.

Glad to hear you got the SUPL email. Not sure what is going on with the download page. Did resetting the browser cache help?

Yup, no dice. Just tried again this morning with all the proper info. Instant response "Your SUPL-C license application was not approved"

I'm also using MQTT but that's working fine. I thought at first it was maybe the ordering but I went back to a known working sample that I haven't touched for a while now and it's broken as well.

Hey Jared,

Regarding the download page, are you using this link?
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Low-power-cellular-IoT/SUPL-client-library-license-agreement

And I assume you have followed the following guidelines:

Make sure you have read the SUPL client license agreement before you apply.

You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement
You must be registered to the DevZone with the same email adress as used when applying for this license
You must have logged in to that DevZone account less than 4 weeks prior to applying for a license.

Are you having any other issues with the connection? I.e. exclude any connection issues based on errno 116 (operation timed out).
