Hi Christoph,

Can you try following the steps in this comment by Markus? The ncs folder in his reply will be your nordicsemi folder, and you should look for a file called something like ncs-toolchain-v1.9.1-20220304-728bbd5.zip.

Hi Marte,

thanks for fast reply!! Yes installed SDK and toolchain through Toolchain Manager, as described in the youtube video. No no VPN used, only some WLAN repeater is used and my firewall is the common default windows one, nothing extra special or so.

Can I download manually or do I have to deinstall and try again with other internet connection or disable firewall?

Hi Christoph,

Did you install the SDK and toolchain with the Toolchain Manager? If so, are you using VPN or on a network with a strict firewall, such as a company network? The reason I am asking is that I see that you have multiple missing folders inside v1.9.1, so not everything was downloaded and installed correctly. This can happen when using VPN or being behind a strict firewall when downloading. If you use Toolchain Manager the v1.9.1 folder should contain the following:

v1.9.1
  ├── bootloader
  ├── mbedtls
  ├── modules
  ├── nrf
  ├── nrfxlib
  ├── test
  ├── toolchain
  ├── tools
  └── zephyr
