The firmware for both PPK versions are available in the GitHub repository of the nRF Connect PPK app. The nRF Connect PPK app should also ask you to flash the correct firmware if it is not detected on the PPK, however if you accidentally flashed another (smaller) application to the PPK, the magic strings in flash that the application looks for may still be present. In this case you can do an eraseall operation on the PPK to erase all flash, this should make nRF Connect PPK application request you to program the firmware again when you connect to the PPK.

Best regards,
Jørgen
