Hi Han,

I conveyed the issue internally and there is no need to have a WebUSB driver as USB device interfaces can be assembled and accessed from web pages via web browsers.

You could take a look at this statement. Also, there are the Microsoft OS Compatibility Descriptors, so it should work without the INF file.

Hi Priyanka,

According to the WebUSB Troubleshooting, I cannot find the "mbed Composited Device" under the Universal Serial Bus controllers.

When plug-in the device, only "Generic USB Hub" added under the Universal Serial Bus controllers.

I also tried to install from nRF5 SDK "\SDK_17.1.0\examples\usb_drivers", but helpless.

Should we re-build the USB driver for WebUSB example?

Hi,

The WebUSB driver should be supported in your system since you have a Windows > 8.1

You could take a look at the WebUSB Troubleshooting as a start.

As for the usb_cdc_acm, there are two drivers in the nRF5 SDK but I would suggest you to check the Troubleshooting as you are missing the WebUSB driver.
