Are you talking about measuring current of nRF52840? You have not told which version of the device. However I am trying to describe in general way.

When we measure the current using ppk2, there some adjustments are needed. You have to cut the solder bridge SB40 to put current measurement header p22 in series connection with the load.

To get back to the normal connection after current measurement you can just close this pin with a jumper on.
