You have a fairly new installation of JLink segger, v7.54a.

This is good.

Could you try connecting with "J-Link Commander" and see if this gives a more detailed output?

yes i have the latest nrfjprog installed v10.15.4

but how to find which is the version of segger link driver i have installed?

Hi,

Could you check if you have the latest segger drivers and nrfjprog installed?

"nrfjprog -v" shows your installed versions.

The latest nrfjprog version is v10.15.4:

This also includes a newer segger jlink driver.

Hi,

Is the nRF itself powered? Ie. have you at some point cut the solder bridge and forgot to set a jumper on the "nRF current measurement" header near the usb connector?
