 NCS v1.9.1 SLM, 115200 baudrate
SLM reports default timelimit for exit seqence 0ms, minimal 2ms. After setting 40ms timelimit, SLM reports minimal timelimit 32ms.
 Why default is 0ms ?
 Why minimal timelimit differs ?
