Hi Peter,

We are working on a solution (updated nrfjprog), but it is not ready yet.

There has been some discussions that this issue was not present in an earlier release.

Please delete nrfjprog and install v10.5.0 and see if the issue is not present.

After executing this instruction：nrfjprog --rbp ALL --family NRF91
the chip should normally be set to read protection,
but in practice, as shown in the picture, the chip data can still be read out.
