 I have taken nrf_connect_sdk_v1.9.1 and build n=my application over it. 
 When I delete .git file from v1.9.1/zephyr/.git, then my west compilation don&amp;#39;t occur. 
 It gives me following error:

Otherwise I would recommend you read about the user workflows explained in the documentation for &lt;a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.9.1/nrf/dm_adding_code.html#user-workflows"&gt;how to add your own code&lt;/a&gt;.
