Yes, this applies for the nRF52 series as well.

Thank you very much for your reply. are they same things applicable for nrf52 series also? because, we have a plan to change the chip to nrf52 series.

You can use the device without the radio, not problem. Keep C9 but the 16 MHz crystal and the load caps C1 and C2 can be removed as well if you can operate with the internal RC oscillator instead.

If the radio isn't used, there's no testing related to this.
