The nRF52810 does not support Softdevice S120, as S120 is designed for nRF51 series. You may find more information about available Softdevices in this list of compatible Softdevices for nRF52810.

A Softdevice that meets this requirement of being either a central or peripheral is either the S132 or the S140. These Softdevices are quite large and will fill most of the memory available on the nRF52810. If you want a bootloader in addition to the Softdevice, on your device you will be left with about 8kB of memory for your application, which is not much to say the least. Another option could be to use a slightly larger chip such as the nRF52820 instead, which offers more space for a potential application.

I recommend you navigate the info center pages for the nRF52 series and the compatibility matrices to see if any of these devices and chips meets your requirements!
