What error was it showing from when you tried to program via nrfjprog? Can you add the log parameter and upload the log?

nrfjprog --program blinky_pca10056.hex --chiperase --verify --log

Which version of SDK 15? v15.3, v15.2 or v15.0? Can you show a screenshot of the terminal in µvision showing the error?

I tried that one also but it was showing same error only. If I try with NRF17 means its working fine, but in NRF15 it was showing the error as "Flash download failed - Cortex M4".

Actually what is the problem in the sense, If I load the softdevice and then I flash the code means it will showing the error. This is the problem occurring in my project. kindly please help on this.

Hi,

I first have to know what the problem actually is before I can suggest a solution. Could you try what I suggested in my previous reply? nrfjprog is part of nRF Command line tools. You can download it here if you haven't already done it.

Hi,

Can you try to flash the hex file blinky_pca10056.hex at nRF5_SDK_17.1.0_ddde560\examples\peripheral\blinky\hex with nrfjprog:

nrfjprog --program blinky_pca10056.hex --chiperase --verify

The board folder starts with pca, for example pca10040, or pca10056. The folder that you shared indicate that you're using SDK 15.3.0 instead of SDK 17?

Hi,

Some questions I would like you to answer:

Which SDK and Softdevice version are you using?
Are your code based on a example from the SDK? If so, which example and what board folder are you using?
Which IDE are you using?
Have you tried flashing one of the unmodified examples from the SDK, such as the blinky example?
