I believe I have loaded the correct x86 versions of things (like JLINK). I have nRFConnect 3.10.0 desktop and have installed the 1.9.1 SDK.

&lt;p&gt;When you turned the Thingy back on, it should appear as a &amp;quot;Nordic Thingy:91&amp;quot; in the Programmer app. If it didn&amp;#39;t, you can try to re-load the app by pressing Cmd+R.&lt;/p&gt;
