I was very confused at first reading your reply because I thought you were still talking about the UART.

When asking about an unrelated topic it's better if you open a new ticket instead of replying to an old one like this.

I will also need more info to be able to help you with this, so please open a new ticket where you give more context to your ADC issue, and mark this case as verified if you were able to get the UART with EasyDMA to work.

I did what you told me but I see very irrelevant and irregular values in saadc values. I tried using NRFX_SAADC_EVT_CALIBRATEDONE but it didn't return any value. What will I do? Can you help me?

Since you're using an nRF52 device, you can use the UARTE peripherals with EasyDMA support, allowing you to receive data directly to RAM while the CPU is busy with BLE operation.

And I've another one question. I've also review similar issues on this platform and read that Uart and Ble beacon don't work together. Can I find a solution for this?

You could have a look at any peripheral BLE example to see how advertising is done, for example this one.

In order to update the data you're advertising you can use the bt_le_adv_update_data function documented here.
