Unfortunately it isn't, but you would either way be better off working with the SDK samples.

All the code that is supported for development is in the main branch of the publicly available nRF Connect SDK. The code is documented in the nRF Connect SDK documentation.

Thanks both to you and PaKa for your responses! That confirms our suspicions about how the InsightSiP demo works.

Is the (unsuported and noncompliant) firmware for the antenna board from InsightSiP, which I understand Nordic developed, available? That would be helpful as a starting point for working with connectionless CTE in accordance with the Bluetooth spec using the already available antenna array. Alternatively, is there documentation available the hardware setup of the antenna board?

Not while being Bluetooth compliant.

The frameworks we support and recommend for Direction Finding are the ones included in the nRF Connect SDK.

The code used in the sample used with the InsightSiP solution is running a proprietary RF stack and is not Bluetooth compliant. This was developed as a quick solution for getting CTE over the air. The solution is not supported for further development. For SW development we recommend to use the nRF Connect SDK main branch, this is where work for Bluetooth compliant AoA/AoD is being performed.

Update: I just changed from the END_DISABLE to the PHYEND_DISABLE shortcut, and now the InsightSIP anchor board is printing more reasonable data.

Not 100% sure, but it looks like the END event triggers after the CRC is sent, while PHYEND triggers after the CTE signal has been sent.
